The Story Behind My Wedding Photography Journey
Believe it or not, my journey into photography started when I swiped my mom’s film camera on trips to Northern Ontario. That spark lit a fire for both nature and capturing timeless moments. Even now, film and digital photography holds a special place in my heart, especially in places like Tobermory!
This love for exploration and authenticity shows in my approach to photography. When we work together, it’ll be a relaxed, creative process that celebrates your love story. Kids can be wild, you and your partner can laugh at an inside joke, and Grandma can pinch your cheek like she always does. These are the moments that make the experience real and are reflected in your photos.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me sipping on a vanilla latte, hiking the Bruce Trail, or completely absorbed in the latest romantasy book. If you’ve got any recommendations, I’d love to hear them!

What It’s Like to Work With Me as Your Wedding Photographer
When you book a session with me, our adventure begins! From the very first moment we meet, I want you to feel completely at ease, as if we’re old friends embarking on a creative journey together. I believe the best photos come from real, unposed moments, so I create a relaxed environment where you can truly be yourselves.
The Experience I Create For You
Our journey starts with an email where we will begin to discuss what you’re hoping I can capture! From celebrating your baby’s first birthday with a cake smash, to your elopement at City Hall, we’ll collaborate to make sure your vision is achieved. If you need help with a location, I’ll suggest some of my favorite natural spots, or we can choose a place that holds significance to you. Once we have everything sorted, I’ll send you a digital contract to sign. Within three weeks of your session, you’ll receive a beautifully curated digital gallery of your photos.
For weddings and elopements, we’ll take a deeper dive into the details of your big day. We’ll connect over the phone or FaceTime to ensure that we’re the perfect match for each other. After our chat, I’ll send you a contract with all the specifics, including payment details. Your wedding gallery will be delivered digitally within six weeks of the big day.
